I am the granddaughter of Elder Dulcie Nicholls (Kay), an Arakwal Bumberbin Bundjalung woman, I have been painting since I was 13 years of age.
My artworks all hold stories, meaning and colours from my homelands and ancestral knowledge.
My Aboriginal heritage has played a huge role in who I have become today and the main subject for my art.
Arakwal Country has many diverse elements to its beauty: rivers, open seas, rock formations, creeks, rainforests, middens and plenty of bush foods.

Country being the mother of all has guided, protected & sustained age old traditions which many women have shared together. As we walk across Country we feel Jagun - the gentleness, support & knowledge hidden in the landscape. This landscape has shaped our way of being for thousands of years, empowering mothers to birth, raise & care for their familist & Jagun.

We work hand-in-hand with Aboriginal artists whose designs hold cultural meaning and connection to Country. Our artists are paid fairly, acknowledged fully, and central to the creation of every Art Series piece.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
Some designs return, others remain limited edition depending on the artist’s vision. Our Art Series pieces are often produced in small runs to honour the story behind the work.
