We take great care in producing each Coolamon Baby piece.
If you believe your item is faulty, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order at orders@coolamonbaby.com.au, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll happily offer a replacement (where available) or a refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
We’re unable to offer returns for change of mind.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your Coolamon Baby products. If your product is incorrect or faulty, you can return it.
How do I request a return?
Simply email orders@coolamonbaby.com.au with your order number, image and description of the fault or error. We’ll guide you through the process.
Do you offer free returns?
Returns are free for faulty or incorrect items.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Please email us a photo and your order number and we’ll sort it out right away - whether it’s a replacement or refund.
