What makes Coolamon Baby different?
We’re a purpose-driven social enterprise. Every product you buy helps fund our charity, Coolamon Community, which delivers essential baby bundles to Aboriginal mums and babies across Australia.
Are your products organic?
Many of our wraps and blankets are made from certified organic cotton, but not all. We carefully and ethically select every fabric for its softness, quality, and beauty. Our focus is on creating timeless, heirloom pieces that feel as lovely as they look, and are gentle on delicate newborn skin.
Who creates the artwork on your products?
We collaborate with Aboriginal artists like Nickolla Clark, whose designs honour stories of birth, Country and motherhood. Each piece is made in best-practice partnership with the artist.
How do I care for my Coolamon Baby items?
All our products come with care labels. As a guide:
- Wash cold, gentle cycle
- Line dry or tumble dry on low
- Avoid bleach or harsh detergents
Can I include a gift message?
Yes! Add a message at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten note with your parcel.
Do you offer wholesale or corporate gifting?

Shipping Questions
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped with care from our Coolamon Baby warehouse in the Northern Rivers, NSW.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch within 2-3 business days. Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 3-7 business days. Remote areas may take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Returns Questions
What is your returns policy?
Quality is important to us. If your product is faulty, you can return it by emailing us at orders@coolamonbaby.com.au
How do I request a return?
Simply email orders@coolamonbaby.com.au with your order number, image of the fault and a description. We’ll guide you through the process.
Do you offer free returns?
For faulty items, we offer free returns.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Please email us a photo and your order number and we’ll sort it out right away - whether it’s a replacement or refund.
